• Very helpful man suggested to try the next ½ size up and explained they they could be returned if they weren’t right.
• Wednesday evening an email to say they were on their way.
• Thursday morning an email to say they would be here between 10.30 and 11.30.

They arrived bang on schedule and fit brilliantly!

I have just received my sandals I ordered on Sunday.After receiving a call from you on the Monday informing me that the size 38 I had ordered had been snapped up but they had a size 39.Thinking they would be too big I declined and so felt alittle disappointed,not only for the great sales price but the style.I called back to ask a question and spoke to a very helpful salesperson,she said that that style came up about half a size too small so I went ahead and ordered the available size 39.Boy am I glad I did! They are perfect,I am very happy with them and wish to thank you for the excellent, friendly service.

I spotted a great selection of shoes on the last remaining sale racks this week. I just wanted to say that I am very pleased with them and I would like to thank you for your excellent service (prompt delivery  within a day!) . I am very pleased that you stock good quality shoes in larger sizes (size 8/42), whereas a lot of shops nowadays only buy stock up to a 41, even though the shoes would be available from the manufacturer in bigger sizes.

Just a note to say I received my black patent pumps safely yesterday.   They really are lovely and although the 4 is a little "snug", I think that the size 5  might  be  too big at the heel.     I will    when the better weather comes, so that they have chance to give a little!      
 
Good shoes never need " breaking in" but I know from experience that patent always softens a little with use.
